The Core Yoga Program is a vital part of Core Health Clubs ongoing commitment to exploring wellness.

Our Core Yoga program is based around Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a system of postures (Asanas) and breathing practices (Pranayama). There are many styles of Hatha Yoga, each of which arises from different teaching lineages. As our teachers come from different yoga backgrounds, their classes will vary in style and content.

The regular practice of yoga has many therapeutic effects in addition to its central purpose of balancing body, mind and spirit. On a physical level, it increases flexibility and strength, improves circulation, reduces stress, eases chronic pain symptoms, realigns the spine and improves posture, immune function, and stamina.
