The addition Vibrotraining to your exercise does offer a great way to add variety to your program and enhance and accelerate your results. It works by causing very rapid muscle contractions. It does the repetition for you, rather than you doing all the work, at a much faster rate. These rapid vibrations increase the blood flow and consequently the amount of oxegen and nutrients to your muscles. This helps your body recover from your training faster or if you have any injuries.

10 minutes of Vibro training will help to; burn fat and cellulite, decrease joint pain, increase strength, build muscle and bone density, increase flexibility and balance, increase metabolism and improve circulation, stimulate lymph drainage and oxygenation, as well as improving collagen production, reduce stress and increase energy levels, improve nutrient delivery and slow degenerative / aging process.
